The expansive foredeck is also ideal for entertaining, equipped with a professional sound system.

Main deck

The aft deck features a large swimming pool (salt or fresh water) of approximately 6m x 4m and 1.3m deep. Probably the largest on a yacht of this size. There is a variety of coloured mood lighting for different themes.

There are easy loungers around the pool and the aft deck has two L shaped seats forward, shaded from above by the bridge deck overhead. There is a fold down exterior TV which can swivel 360 degrees and be viewed from the pool or seating. There are stairways port and starboard up to the bridge deck.

The main foyer is to starboard with the guest elevator inboard, powder room forward to starboard and stairway down to the guest accommodation below.

The owner’s lobby offers access to the VIP stateroom to starboard with double bed and desk. There is a walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with separate W.C and bidet and a tropical rain forest shower.

The full beam owner's stateroom is entered through the owner’s lobby via the expansive owner's dressing area.

There is a en-suite bathroom to port with bathtub, separate shower with tropical rain forest shower and a separate W.C and bidet. The owner’s stateroom has an outside balcony which can be operated by the single touch of a button. There is also an air-conditioning curtain to starboard to control the temperature inside the stateroom while the balcony is open. There is a security escape hatch into the forward tender space and fore deck.

The forward tender garage houses two tenders with space for a 6m tender to port and a 4m tender to starboard. Emergency generator. There is a hatch down to the chain locker and storage area and stairs up to the fore deck. The mooring area has opening side hull doors both port and starboard for ease of anchoring and managing lines.

Lower deck

The swim platform has easy access with wide stairways port and starboard from the aft deck. A watertight door accesses the starboard tender bay, and on the port and starboard quarters of the swim platform are properly positioned cleats and capstans for aft lines and tender operation from the swim platform. The swimming pool has a glass wall aft so it can be seen from the swim platform and beyond.

Adjacent to the starboard tender garage with 7.5m Dariele tender, is a fridge, wine fridge, washing machine and pool equipment and hi-fog room. Port tender bay houses two Seadoo 215 jetski's and could also accommodate a 6 m tender.

Further forward is the engine room with split levels for easy access to machinery. Amidships is the control room with electrical space to starboard and a work shop to port.

Forward of the engine room (the quietest area) is the guest accommodation with access via a stairway or guest elevator to the main deck foyer.

There are two queen bedded guest cabins aft each with a walk in wardrobe and each with en-suite bathrooms with separate W.C. and bidets, and showers with rain forest heads.

To port is a beauty salon.

Forward to starboard is a third queen size bedded guest cabin with en-suite bathroom with separate toilet with W.C. and bidet, and tropical rain forest Shower.

Okto is a fully customised yacht with unique features throughout. Built for a very knowledgeable yachtsman to the highest standards and specifications, from concept to design, engineering, production and finish. The complete engineering process was the responsibility of BMT Nigel Gee in the UK with four months of tank testing including sea keeping, zero speed stability performance and aero dynamic smoke tests in air chambers at the MARIN facilities in the Netherlands. The end result of this enormous engineering effort resulted in higher speeds than stipulated in the contract, less fuel consumption and significantly lower levels of noise, vibration and privacy in all owners, guests and crew areas.
